This refreshing smoothie is an amazing after work-out recharge refresher!
Ingredients:
2 cups (500 ml) watermelon
1 cup (250 ml) strawberries
1\2 cup (125 ml) blueberries
2 tbsp (30 ml) whey protein powder
1 banana (optional makes a thicker smoothie)
3 leaves of fresh mint
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth
