Banana Berry Smoothie

Summer weather makes exercise so much more difficult!  This delicious and healthy smoothie makes a perfect breakfast and after-work out pick me up.

Try it, it's Fabulous

Ingredients:

1 banana
1\2 cup (125 ml) blueberries
1\2 cup (125 ml) strawberries
1 cup (250 ml) acai blueberry vitamin water
2 tbsp (30 ml) whey protein powder

Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth


** Try frozen berries for a colder smoothie **
