Ingredients:
A bunch (at least 6) extra ripe bananas
A can of crushed pineapple
2 boxes french vanilla cake mix
6 eggs
2 1\2 cups milk
1 tbsp cinnamon
2\3 cup cooking oil
Icing:
4 cups icing sugar blended with 1\8 cup milk
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
Mash the bananas in your largest mixing bowl
Add the pineapple and stir until well combined
Add the eggs one by one stirring constantly
Add the mix alternating with the milk until combined
Stir in the oil and beat the batter for a few minutes until most of the lumps are gone
Spoon the batter into muffin cups using a quarter cup measure
Bake 20 minutes or until lightly brown
Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting
