A delicious after-school snack, breakfast or treat!
Ingredients:
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 lemon, zest and juice
1\2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1\2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups all-purpose muffin mix
1 cup bran muffin mix
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
Line your muffin pan with muffin cups
In a large bowl combine all the wet ingredients
Stir until smooth and combined
Add the mixes and continue to stir until thick and smooth
Use a large ice cream scoop and distribute evenly into muffin cups
Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown
Recipe yields 2 dozen muffins
